E.B. Van Arsdale is a retired police lieutenant with over 25 years experience in all aspects of criminal investigation. He graduated from the Texas Department of Public Safety Polygraph School in 1996. He holds an Advanced Peace Officers Certificate from the Council on Law Enforcement Education. Licensed as a Polygraph Examiner in the State of Oklahoma since 1996 he has received over 800 hours in specialized polygraph training and regularly attends continuing education to insure that he is using the best polygraph techniques available. He is currently certified by the American Polygraph Association to conduct polygraph examinations on convicted sex offenders. |
